Hello friends, my name is Ashiq Sulaiman. I am a fitness enthusiast and a men's physique athlete. I have been working out for a very long time and learned so much during this journey. I fee that it is my time now to give something back to the fitness community. That is the main motive behind this channel. I've seen so many English channels that educate people on health and fitness and I was surprised that there are not many people in Tamilnadu to convey the right facts and help people to understand health and fitness. So here I will be sharing my experience and knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and training.
