Like most, I struggle falling asleep most nights due to over thinking or over scrolling on the internet. ASMR had helped me tremendously overcome these struggles for about 3 years before I decided that I would love to help others in the way ASMR has helped me. While I love creating videos to help you relax & wind down, I also love to entertain, not take myself too seriously, and give you a laugh from time to time.
